Dr. Strickland qualifies for 70.3 Ironman World Championships in Clearwater Fl.  After finishing 12 in his age group (male 35-39) Dr. Strickland claimed a qualifying spot for this years World Championships.  It was an interesting race at the Baja 70.3 race with a variety of course issues and a cooler than expected climate.  However, good training and mental preparation allowed for a solid race performance.
